Boxingcutsman wrote:Firstly you seem to have Kevin Satchell above Frankie Gavin & Rendall Munroe who has operated at a much higher level for a long time, find that a strange one ?
Satchell looked impressive when stopping Paul Edwards for the Commonwealth and stopping Chris Edwards for the British title.
Munroe has just been beaten easily by Quigg and he hasn't had a good win in years. Gavin didn't look good against Witter.
Boxingcutsman wrote:Then you have Carl Frampton sitting well above the likes of Darren Barker, Lee Selby, Gary Buckland, Lee Haskins and most surprisingly Martin Murray ?
Frampton has just destroyed former world champion Molitor. Murray has just been treading water since his draw with Sturm over a year ago.
Barker has been inactive for over a year and he lost his last fight. Selby has only beaten Okine this year. Haskins has only had one fight in the last 12 months.

Holding a British boxing licence is not mandatory for entry into my list.
Boxingcutsman wrote:Gavin Rees deserves to be higher than 12th IMO.
His opposition hasn't really been very good over the last few years, so I think his current ranking is high enough.
Boxingcutsman wrote:Also i think Billy Joe Saunders, Denton Vasell should be in there somewhere has should Brian Rose they have fought better opponents than Kevin Satchell who you have placed ?
Vassell was inactive for over a year before he fought Heffron, so that has held him back. Satchell has been more impressive against his recent opposition than Rose or Saunders have been in my opinion.
Boxingcutsman wrote:You also Have Lee Haskins All the way down in 24th place but Jamie McDonnell up in 10th ? Just my own opinion, wondered how you came to place the lads in there respective positions ?
Haskins hasn't done a great deal lately, so his ranking isn't very high. McDonnel was European champion for a couple of years and beat a few decent fighters, so he is quite high up in the rankings.
