It doesn't get any more definitive than Pacquiao laid out for a 500 count. All props to the Filipino but I'm thrilled to see Marquez finally get the win, especially in this manner. The right hand couldn't have landed much better.

I'm just sad that you enjoyed it for different reasons; I'm assuming you liked seeing Pac floor-planted, while myself I just wanna have JMM's babies.

Marquez is going to piss hot.
Otherwise (unless Marquez says he juiced, of course), just credit to him.
For years people (sans evidence) claimed Pac was roiding.
Well, I won't accuse JMM of it based on what I know, either.

No he wont...the old days of "pissing hot" are basically over..unless your Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. smoking a blunt the nite before a big fight...Sonny Fiston wrote:Diamond WEAPON wrote:Where you at Fagtastic and Nuthuggernaut, your hero just got crushed fuckin dumbass Pactarded bitches!!!

We are now in the HGH era of sports...old roids that were normally detected on piss tests like Testosterone injectables or Dianabol pills are no longer widely used by elite athletes.
HGH requires a blood test and has a half life of only an hour or two...almost impossible to bust somebody on it...
We'll never know the truth so we'll assume Marquez was legit....period

Even though this fight was close, I think it's definitive that Marquez has Pacquiao's number now. I usually hope for a rematch when a fight is entertaining and close but I just don't think that Pacquiao-Marquez 5 is necessary. You know damn well that Arum won't let Pacquiao go in a ring against Dynamita again.

I am good with that except I couldn't help notice that Marquez body looked like it never did before a middleweight..Goliath wrote:No he wont...the old days of "pissing hot" are basically over..unless your Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. smoking a blunt the nite before a big fight...Sonny Fiston wrote:Diamond WEAPON wrote:Where you at Fagtastic and Nuthuggernaut, your hero just got crushed fuckin dumbass Pactarded bitches!!!

It's just that there always seems to be some underlying theme with fans about why these guys shouldn't fight again. I picked marquez tonight and I'd pick him again, but I thought Manny was ahead before the face planting. Like I said, if he wants it...bring it on.kayfoo wrote:It's just that you were very fast on the trigger..SaadOffTheDeck wrote: I'm not butthurt at all. I asked you a question. You are a gentleman of taste & distinction, sir.
I am going to have to make space on my wall for a big signed piccie of JMM landing one of those overhand rights, I think...

5th fight is next. Glad to see Pac was up and talking fine....as classy as ever. They should just keep fighting eachother until 1 is ready to retire. There is no better matched guys than these 2.

I waited till he was up and about before I celebrated, it was worrying. What a devastating punch. Marquez shoulders were huge. He was much slower, however I think he has now got Pacmans number. (obviously)

your on the money but like Goliath said we will probably never know so I am giving him benefit of doubt it was a great fight,,and I am glad Marquez won..DetroitHxC wrote:It's fair to discuss it now, especially when you consider a few things like his new found power after looking much more slowed down and "old" in the last fight, him all of the sudden have this insanely muscular physique, and the fact that his new strength and conditioning coach talked very candidly on 24/7 about how he used to get paid to juice athletes and "teach people how to beat tests."chucktaylor wrote:... do we need all this urine talk? His words.
Now Marquez comes out and knocks him down, then knocks him completely out cold after looking like he couldn't hurt him last time out?
I'm not saying I think he's dirty, but those sure are a lot of coincidences.

His body looked like it did last time. Marquez has always been shredded. Another year maintaining that physique and doing some weight training can account for slight gains. I think they were both on juice tonight, but his muscularity in this bout wasn't alarming or new.

Re: Pacquiao/Marquez and undercard RBR.
I see your point, and I am giving Marquez benefit of doubt, but he did look way differnt than the other many times i seen him before...maybe he went for bulk in a legit way and it worked out cause he did look slower to me but obviously hit way harder..Owl wrote:victor-romeo wrote: I am good with that except I couldn't help notice that Marquez body looked like it never did before a middleweight..
Well all he has to do as a job is work out... and sometimes comment on a mexican tv show on boxing. He now is higher in weight so can actually put muscle on. Maybe legit supplements.... you do know some actually work i.e. protein, creatine, etc Or who knows maybe he actually applied good weightlifting discipline. The guy is an account, pretty sure he is capable of calculating a work out routine.
maybe this is shocking for overweight americans.... but muscles does not equate roids. Some people actually have the will to work out. Especially when your job depends on it. Don't use Arreola as the measuring stick of boxing bodies.

Ahh, the hypocrisy I mentioned before.
After the Margarito and Cotto fights whenever anyone accused Manny of taking PEDs, this board's Manny fans erupted in anger.
Now that Manny has lost, you have some of his fans here saying that JMM is on something.
