According to the BBC, a FW spokesman told them that this Ocampo chap pulled out from a fight with Burns.
Yet an Ocampo rep says this isn't true.

Not what is promotor has said, hes said that he will be headlining and an opponent will be announced in a pres release, i reckon it may be buckland , easy match to make!
