I take a raw clove a day to keep myself from getting travelers diarrhea. Works pretty well. I am actually able to digest some of the food I eat while on the road.

I read somewhere that lab rats fed garlic tend to have a rise in testosterone.

We increase our garlic intake during the rainy seaon to protect from Mosquitos.

If you add ginger to the garlic, you create a recipe that releases powerful forces in the body. Especially boosting the immune system, which also has to do with recovery from workouts.

Thanks for the info. I will try this. :TU:
Hmmm, I like the way you think, a little fresh chili and some coriander and those prawns will be a winner.

I like your thinking Dale. garlic, ginger and chilli on prawns would be great.
