Amateur Passbook Application
Is there an online source to print this all out, cus I've been told you have to go to a show or gym in your area to get the application. Problem with my state is all the shows and main gyms are a hundred miles or better from where I am at. Trying to get my nephew a passbook so he can start competing in the amateurs.

you can go to usaboxing.org and go to membership page. print off the forms and send to your LBC registration chair

Thanks. The LBC chair I know for a fact wouldn't be the actual State commission cus they deal in only professional fights (or so I was informed by Bernie Profato the Ohio state commissioner). So what exactly would the LBC be?

The LBC is your local boxing committee. There are something like 54 LBC's that make up USA Boxing. I think Ohio has 2 LBC's depending on where you live, Lake Erie and Ohio.HomicideHenry wrote:Thanks. Go to USA Boxing's website http://www.teamusa.org/USA-Boxing.aspx and under the words USA Boxing click on Membership. If you have questions, click on the "about us" link and then click on "national officie staff" to get questions answered.
