That does look very good. If you go through the gallery and it appears that it's been made by people who actually understand boxing and they've been very very thorough.

If only it plays to it's potential i may lose months and months of my life just like back in the days of Super Mario Kart

The company who do this game did an offer where owners of the original version could buy this one you have linked to for a lower price and get it early. I already have this game and it's amazing to be honest, if anyone wants to know anything about it just ask away or if you want me to simulate a particular fight let me know

Play.com have it for £15. Is it worth the money then? Simulate Lacy Vs Calzaghe for me...cause it's never going to happen. :box:

Is this a simulation, or do you actually control the boxer, like fight night?

It looks sweet. Can this be bought in the high street shops, or do I need to order it?

You have the option of working the corner of any fighter you want, but there is no career aspect to the game or any aging system it's pretty much just imagination in terms of progressing the boxing world. It is unmissable for a boxing fan in my opinion, just watching the fights is great it is very realistic. For example, boxers are exactly like real life, Byrd hardly ever KO's opponents and fights a good defensive style, Ruiz clinches a lot and Tyson comes out swinging from the first bell. Best fight I ever simulated was Tyson vs Peter, that was an all out war. You have to play it to believe it, but honestly it's really good fun just to watch the fights, and you can match anyone against anyone, no more ducking (ala Calzaghe)

Again, it looks great, but I personally prefer the idea of it being a start from scratch game. As in starting off with little money, managing a few small time fighters, do your best with them, and gradually build youreself up. From what i've read, as good as this game looks, it doesn't seem to offer that element.
