He's ranked #20 in the world by Boxrec, #15 by the WBO and this fight is for the WBO NABO (North American) title, so a guy from Norwich could call himself North American champion.

I haven't seen much of Alvarez but based on how poor McIntosh looked against Bellew you would expect him to win this.

Not a nice KO that, doesn't look good at the end there does he. Time for his team to start looking after him, needs to get back to British level and see if he has anything left to offer there, if not, retire.
