Ive seen loads of names banded about on twitter, Brough included , people like Young Mutley , Marvin Greaves , Nathan McIntosh , Terry Maughan and Ryan Hardy to name a few off the top of my head that ive seen .

Its probable best to just wait on the announcements otherwise we could be looking at 16 names rather than 8 .
Mutley!!!

Not again please.

If Mutley's in we may as well drag Ted Bami out of retirement as well.

I've worked prizefighter out... The names get me excited but 9/10 the fights are dissapointing, unfinished mauls. They need to change it or just put on these domestic fights in full instead of mini editions.

My money is one Dale Evans. Big prospect. Can bang too. Trained with a couple of times about 4 years ago, made for the pro's.

Would you feel the same if you'd won the Prizefighter you took part in?

Larry (the last Light mid PF Winner) fight in Feb has been called off. He is really a Welterweight could he be the suprise boxer in this PF?
There is no rule that says he cannot enter this. I think he will!

My name is Has, I am a personal trainer, ask Nas about me, I know him. unbeaten Steven Pearce is one, he has told everyone on Twitter he has got the call.

Irrelevant. I'm a fan first and it's become largely an anti climax watching good matches descend into free for alls or hug a thons. I'm very pro matchroom but they need something new now. Put four fighters in two six rounders would be better.

Contender increased the rounds, it was less exciting and look what happened to contender, it flopped. 3 rounds, 8 fighters, you are going to get some excitement somewhere.

The 6th member of Prizefighter was Steven Pearce yesterday, today Mark Thompson has announced he is in as well, turning into a good mix.

This. I'm no more pro-Matchroom than anyone else. It's excellent to see the Hearn's back in and investing in boxing but some of their shows this season have been well below what Sky told us we would be getting.

On the main point though Prizefighter is dead for me. It's superb for the fighters in the sense that there is good money to be had but 3 rounds is nothing, 95% of the time a fight over this distance proves nothing. It encourages ugly free for alls, dull 'running' and in the odd good scrap your left wishing it had at least another 3/5 rounds to run. I've watched almost all of them but the last 12-18 months worth have been dish water dull.

I told you who I am, if you don't believe, tough, why don't you show us were Saf has slagged off Prizefighter, I would like to see it, if it is true, which I doubt and yes Prizefighter is a great competition, much better then watching Ochieng fight journeymen/ lesser fighters, whilst giving them short notice, fighting on his home show for advantage as he keeps on the move to avoid Al Harbi taking his title off him, but he can't run for ever. Are you biting the hand that feeds you in having a dig at Matchrooms baby, how ungrateful.
