Lewison's training with Don Charles now, so I'd doubt him.funso banjo baby wrote:Ian Lewison

Be good if he got helenius again, but as he gave the nordic nightmares last time, I can't see that either.
My money is on a knockover job, then Price in the summer.

How bad/real was Towers' ear infection?
Re: DERECK CHISORA returning in February

Re: DERECK CHISORA returning in February
Chisora Sprott would be a good scrap
I heard he's fighting in south Africa.

Re: DERECK CHISORA returning in February
Chisora won't fight price. I know he's not the most intelligent but he's not that stupid
Re: DERECK CHISORA returning in February
Nah, Chisora will fight anybody, anywhere.
Unfortunately that type of mentality isn't always the way to the top these days.

As much as I don't like the wife beater, he proved by fighting Helenius and Klitschko that he will fight anyone.IronLiver wrote:Chisora won't fight price. I know he's not the most intelligent but he's not that stupid
Re: DERECK CHISORA returning in February
I don't think Chisora shifts tickets so he's had to run with his take on all-comers mentality and do exactly that. He's already earned well out of the game in comparison to the vast majority of other pros. Maybe if he'd had a big fan-base he could've been moved a bit more carefully but things are what they are and, to be fair to him, if I were in his shoes, I'd like to think I'd have played my hand the way he has. Biting aside, I respect Chisora the fighter, he's all right in the ring.Karl Jade wrote:Nah, Chisora will fight anybody, anywhere.

Del boy said on atg radio that they are looking at fight against manuel charr in feb
Re: DERECK CHISORA returning in February
Up to the point he was stopped on the cut versus Vitali, Charr had been tame and ineffective. As soon as the ref waved it off he had a bit of a hissy-fit and looked like a crestfallen camp-homosexual in doing so. In short, I don't think he's particularly good (that's gauging him on more than just the fight with the Old Man of Kiev who, by the way, I believe is begging to get starched and I'd strongly advise him to retire before he ends up looking silly) but I do think he'd make for a decent match with Chisora.
Re: DERECK CHISORA returning in February
Charr is perfect for Dereck's style post-Fury.
Re: DERECK CHISORA returning in February
Fair point, but you've got to remember he went from stopping Sam Sexton in September to agreeing to fight Wladimir Klitschko in January (which Klit pulled out of). He's never needed money as such and FW wanted him to progress at a slower pace, but Dereck's always had this crazy bravery and self-belief.JLP wrote:I don't think Chisora shifts tickets so he's had to run with his take on all-comers mentality and do exactly that. Re: DERECK CHISORA returning in February
I haven't seen anything about him reapplying for his licence yet but he has stated http://www.boxingnewsonline.net/view-Ar ... cleID=2183 that he has not retired although the Standard reckons he could get it bac,.josco wrote:he's got his licence back then?jBacca wrote:A comeback fight before facing Pricey?

Haye too. Del Boy would see Price as a walk in the park compared to what he has faced so far!keithmoonhangover wrote:As much as I don't like the wife beater, he proved by fighting Helenius and Klitschko that he will fight anyone.IronLiver wrote:Chisora won't fight price.
