Adamek to ko cunningham is 7/4 on William Hill
Is it worth sticking £10. Cunningham has been down 3 times in 2 of his last 3 fights, but Adamek the same after taking a hiding against Vitali. Hmm, in two minds about this one. What do people think?

Do it. Step too far for Cunningham

Cunningham just doesn't have a world class chin. Very untested beyond Cruiser. I don't see that his chin will have improved all that much by the move there.
Adamek is limited as hell and can be outboxed but relentless and can be hurtful. Ok so his power hasn't exactly followed him North beyond Cruiser and he was always more of a wear-em down type fighter, but I would be surprised if Cunningham can make it 12 rounds without getting chinned.

adamek's not limited as hell. he had to be good to catch cunningham those 3 times, not to mention hurting him on other occasions; as well as well outboxing o'neil bell & finding the range to KO jon banks who'd shown an excellent defense. all these knockdowns came from the boxing ability, the offensive skills and the cool head under fire. he doesn't look pretty and isn't super slick but he's a fighter of quality.
adamek's looked sloppy in a couple of heavyweight fights, though - notably vs chambers who hurt his left hand and then mainly posed from a southpaw stance, throwing short jabs and jumping way out of range, preventing any kind of contact.

I think Adamek will stop too Cunningham too. You can get slightly better odds at Boylesports and Paddy Power of 15/8 but I'm struggling to find another bet to tie it in with as I don't want to bet too much on it as there are a lot of variables to consider this time around.

I'd have preferred this match at cruiserweight. Steve was literally a shit and a piss away from doing 90.7kg yesterday and Tomasz could do it with a few weeks off the babkas.

I've gone for Cunningham on points 4/1. Think both have slid a lot from their first bout.

You should ask for your money back! I don't know how much you put on but you should have just quadrupled it + stake back.iamasadlittleboy wrote:I've gone for Cunningham on points 4/1. Think both have slid a lot from their first bout.

Two things: 1) I lost my money on Ademek by ko and 2) No way did Adamek win that fight. Poor Cunningham, he was proper robbed there.

Hm, yes he is. He does little but trudge forward throwing big shots.Autobarn wrote:adamek's not limited as hell. he had to be good to catch cunningham those 3 times, not to mention hurting him on other occasions; as well as well outboxing o'neil bell & finding the range to KO jon banks who'd shown an excellent defense. all these knockdowns came from the boxing ability, the offensive skills and the cool head under fire. he doesn't look pretty and isn't super slick but he's a fighter of quality.
