Charr vs Airich tonight

Post by stujones »

Shame this couldn't be a Christmas present from allegedly, might not be two of the best heavyweights of this generation but I can see their styles gelling to a good fight - two geniune hard men - squaring off tonight.

A George Foreman is on the undercard - is that one of Big's George's boys?

I believe it is.

There's boxing on Eurosport tonight, maybe they've picked it up?

Edit: It's not on Eurosport.

I'd rather have the Adamek v Cunningham fight as a present tbh

An embarrassingly inept performance from Airich. He was petrified the moment they touched gloves and immediately scampered backwards hiding behind a high but flimsy guard which Charr easily powered through. As soon as Charr grilled him to the body, it was all over.

Charr got stopped quick by a bodyshot in Prizefighter too. Anyone who faces him from now on should just aim at his body.

Synthols no good to man nor beast except for bodybuilders tho isn't it. It just fills the muscles with oil to make them bigger rather than make them stronger doesn't it? Thats definately what they thought back when I read bodybuilding magazines anyway (I read them for the training regimes rather than any desire to be a bodybuilder before anyone jumps on me.)

I'm afraid so - Arich for me in the past has shown himself to be a hard man. If not that skilled, going the distance against the likes of Solis. He always gives it 100% - so very dissapointed in his showing.

Fight reminded me of Witherspoon vs Bonecrusher Smith.... Charr just took him completely by surprised went to kill him from the word go. Fun fight while it lasted.

Airich, not Charr.
