Wow, bad decision. Draw maybe if you give all close rounds to Adamek, but Adamek didn't win.

For the record I had it 115-113 for Steve Cunningham

Yeah I was wondering that too, apparently this judge thought Adamek won one of the rounds 10-8...I never saw one a round where he won that clearly...not even close to one in fact.

NBC wasn't letting that run overtime, so they haul ass to count and count wrong.

I still think the 115-112 is suspect... how do you have a 10-8 in that fight?

I thought I had lost my bet on Adamek.......that sucked...draw...wait...Adamek wins. Terrible. I had it 7-5 Cunningham and thought the draw screwed him. The correction was worse.

No interviews?

1 other thing.....Roach is terrible. He should not be announcing. It is not how he talks either...the man can barely add. It is like he has no clue of what is happening in the ring or what he said the round before.

He didn't win on my scorecard. He won the 12th and got the draw. 116-112 is outrageous. That judge should be investigated.

Adamek wins. Didn't see it from the start, so I can't comment too much. This saves Cunningham from a serious beating at heavyweight if nothing else, as if he's too small to hang with Adamek then he's too small to hang with most of the current crop of contenders.

Adamek now walks into a bad beat down against the big boys. Isn't he fighting Pulev next? Cunningham may be bummed, but he probably lucked out in terms of keeping his senses post retirement here.

Adamek doesn't look like he's got much left to give in there. I'd like to see Cunningham fight someone like Arreola, but I figure Arreola's schedule is pretty much lined up for the next few fights.

Who turned in that shitty scorecard? What judge?

Just curious to see their experience. If you score a 10-8 in that fight, you don't know how to score a fight.. period

Pulev vs Adamek will be bloody and brutal. Adamek's life as a HW is running out.

I wonder if Buffer read it wrong and it was supposed to be 116-112 as well.

This card sucked. Quit job in the first fight and the main event was dull as shit for the most part.

FightNews is reporting it as 115-113 and 116-112 Adamek, 115-113 Cunningham.

This fight showed me Adamek has nothing left. That tank is empty. He was quite happy with just stealing rounds. He had no balls to the balls aggression anymore. He was right at the beginning of the telecast. He is a completely different fighter, a done one.
Cunningham was running for the first part of the fight. Adamek has never done well against that style - struggling against Dawson and against Banks early until breaking Banks down to the body. Though for the next fight he gets a banger in Pulev, a style that would suit Adamek if he weren't outgunned.

Yeah figures it was misread again. Misread and miscalculated twice. Buffer needs to retire. His time is running out.

I thought Cunningham won it by a couple but it was pretty close. Adamek didn't look good though, he couldn't slip the jab and he kept taking flush right hands all night. Better tighten up vs. Pulev or he'll really need that chin of his.

Not here to cause a shit storm..

Owl can defend himself alone, but I hope the other user (who won't be named it here) had a warning as well since it was an reply to him who brought the whole nation war by generalizing a nation over one's opinion and who seems to have a lot of trouble understanding that someone else can have a different opinion. Dude went on a rant and replied several times to the same posts for almost a whole thread page in such a juvenile behavior because someone disagreed with him. Didn't really make a big deal out of this situation, just hope that double standard wasn't applied there.

Noticed that.

& I'm not even Canadian, eh?

EDIT: 115-113 Cunningham. If you were biased or blind there were two rounds I gave to Cunningham that you could give to Adamek (you'd be wrong, but I could see it), so maybe a draw. At the outside. A draw.

But not the other way.

Plenty of close rounds to go either way.
