I exchange messages occasionally with Cunningham, him and his family are very hard working, decent people. He's by no means rich either from boxing.

But apparently he broke down crying in the changing room and we possibly won't see him again.

I think a draw might have been acceptable. 116-112 Adameck, that needs investigating. Good fight though, enjoyable card.

On a side note, Freddie roach had the fight level going into the 11th. 5 rounds a piece. Then he ends up with Cunningham as the winner. How? Adamek surely surely won one of the last 2 rounds.

I had it 7-5 Cunningham, it was a good close fight.

Main Events promoted the show, no? Who was their boy in the ring? Yep...Adamek.

Edit: I'll just add, though, I tend to cut Main Events quite a lot of slack ---> Lewis vs Tyson, Gatti vs Ward (all of them), Holyfield vs Bowe (all of them), Arguello vs Pryor II, Leonard vs Hearns, and more. Some of the best sporting nights of my entire life.

Different people were running the company then

Close fight, but one of those close fights where it should've only gone one way, like.

& that wasn't the fvcking way it ended up going, if you see what I mean...

Aye, I don't see twenty thousand screaming dudes in footie shirts waving banners at Cunningham's non-title ten rounders...
