Wonjongkam/Arce at flyweight.

Since Arce is retired, and since PW is basically finished as well, I'd imagine this is appropriate for BOTP. How would it have turned out?

Would have been a great war. Although I think Wonjongkam padded his record for most of his prime, I can see him getting by Arce. At the time they should have fought, 2005, early 2006, Wonjongkam was probably near his prime and the match would have been in either Thailand or Tokyo. Their end-of-career performances make you think one of them would have gotten KO'd, but I'd go with Wonjongkam by close UD or late stoppage.
