Based on confessions of fraud from the former commish, his fighter is being forced to face 2 Sugar Rays in a single week.

Let this be a lesson to any and all who attempt any form of hooliganism, tom-foolery or any sort of shoddy activity, whilst performing the solemn duties of public trust expected of a standing commissioner.
