2nd rate?

If you are saying was he in the top 10 of ALL TIME, maybe not.

Make your question a bit more specific.

He means Moore wasn't very good which leads me to believe he is a lunatic.

Moore was a dam good fighter in his forties, and not just for a forty year old. You would have to say that is pretty impressive considering a lot of fighters are shot by their mid twenties.

I started to just delete the thread all together because of how ridiculous the statement is, but what the hell...as to someone backing you up, well maybe if it someone else that know's absolutely nothing about Moore, but that's the only way any one will back you up because even the newest fans of boxing history know that Moore is one of the all-time greats!

Ouch this really hurts. I never thought it would be possible to see those words together in the same sentence. Archie Moore is pure boxing Gold Elite!

Cripes Bradley I am a head injury expert and I'm just so damn sorry to have to report to you that as of this moment, you can no longer be considered a viable life form. The fact that your fingers were able to send out a message with your brain completely comotose will be a subject of scientifice inquiry for years to come.

Yes you're the only one who thinks Archie Moore was a second rate boxer.

Hmm 26 posts, and baited me once before, aha! I have put 2 and 2 together, Rubio and Bradley are simply multipersonality fractions of Punch Pringle. Even if they are living seperate lives they are outshoots of one hive personality.

The Hitchikers guide to the galaxy refers to them as "mostly harmless."

I can't see how anyone would think the great Archie Moore is second rate. He's in the elite category in my mind, along with Greb, Robinson, Sanchez, Ali, Pep, and a few other fighters. In other words, he's one of the few fighters that I see in an elite group of boxers.

Huuummm.... let's see.

The Mongoose scored more KO's than anyone else.

He beat many contenders, champions and top guns of his day -including heavyweights- decked Marciano and was LH champion -no alphabet but a real bona fide, only one in the world title- from the time he was 37 till 47... at which time he was stripped of the title for refusing to fight a man he had already beaten a couple of times...

He was an all time great...

Sadly that was the one and only post Bradley will ever contribute. He actually flatlined several minutes before his fingers nervously twitched those random letters to the keyboard. RIP Brad

Exactly, the Acme Freak Show Consortium to be precise. But never mind about me.

I Thought you must have flatlined to express such an opinion, a mistake anyone could have made, however it appears you still have a pulse after all. Thank god your ok, as we were all sort of worried.

So lets's hear about the second class aspects of Archie. Since no one is sharing your opinion, you are the only one that can articulate it so's we can understand.
