ive aquired a pewter cup inscribed,

sassoon boxing trophy
1928
winner
heavyweight

this appear to be an inter-army tournament

has anyone got any more info, particularly on who might have won the heavy title in 1928?

The Sassoon cup was an interservices Air race in the twenties involving pilots.
Recently it has been a polo cup.
