I like Pricey, actually, I like both ( rare I know, these two seem to have attracted the football fan mentality, its either one or the other etc ) but I don't think either will win a world title. Especially if Wlad sticks round. He would take them both out on the same night.

What a load of crap! Price will beat Wlad you'll see
Why? You basing it on nothing but bias I suspect. Wlad is much better over all than Price. Compare their amateur careers, their pro career thus far etc. Wlad is a level above him.

Pricey has a punchers chance against Wlad but that's about it.

They couldn't fill the MEN arena let alone Anfield....neither man is a major star, why on earth are 40,000 people going to turn out to watch them.

Jesus, a British heavyweight Domestic clash hasn't been front page news since the days of Cooper, or Bruno v Bugner.

The only heavyweights with that kind of draw are the klits, and they have been at the top of the sport for a decade.

Only way they would fill a football stadium is if each of them beat one of the klits, and then unified the title.

How many did Mitchell katsidis do? That mustve been 40,000-ish ?

Being in South London I'd be there. I'd wager a few of us lovely South Londoners would make the trip only to be called flash cockneys by the locals (despite the fact we are from the better side of the river, away from those pesky bells), they did with Hatton also.

Bias ? What you on about, Price is bigger, a stronger puncher & just as technical & now has a shitload of confidence ,we'll soon see when they fight,

Bigger means nothing. A stronger puncher? Based on what? Just as technical? Never in a million years. Wlad is far more polished, has faster hands, better footwork, punches harder, better jab, experience at the top level etc etc People cite Wlad's apparent lack of chin but I never see him getting bounced off the canvas in the ams like Price has.

I like Pricey, and I would love for him to beat Wlad but it ain't happening. Different level. Price has only faced stiffs with nothing in their locker to trouble him. When he is getting backed up against someone like Wlad, I think it will be timmmmmmmmmmmbeeeerrrrrr!

Price ( and Fury ) is on a par with the likes of Pulev, Glazkov and Helenius.

Price would fukin volley fury!!

Fury is a keyboard warrior on twitter!!
Calling out Cain Velasquez & saying if the kilts are avoiding him he will venture towards him, when he relenquished a domestic title rather then face his domestic rival!! It's cringeworthy. I love furys sh1t talking but he is becoming a joke & could get snapped up by Vincent mcmahn the way he's going!

I was there and only half the stadium was full. We were all on one side looking at the other half completely empty. I thought it was misjudged, having it there. I know Mitchell's West Ham and everything, but that seemed to be the only reason to have it there.

Fury-Price is a much bigger fight, though. Degale-Groves did the 02. That's a very big venue and it seemed pretty full and the atmosphere was really good. I think that's a natural venue for Price-Fury.

The only thing natural about holding a North West derby at The O2 is you being able to get to it on the tube! The world does not revolve around London. Its been a pretty crap fight city for a long time for its size.

No. I read this after the other one and actually "lol'd!". How you have this down as a natural for London is beyond me!

This would happen in my back garden before it went to the O2. What a ridiculous statement.

I'd say the men would be the likely destination, but the first fight at anfield in donkeys years would be quite cool too.

I think the haye chisora fight was seen as 'distasteful' shall we say by the mainstream press and your average sports fan (and indeed many boxing fans), so didn't do the numbers esp as many predicted it being a free for all in the crowd. It wasn't as i was there, and was actually a friendlier atmosphere than many fights i've been too.

While many may fear crowd trouble e.g if fury was to get sparked early and lose his '0' would his fans tear the place down?, i think the press would get right behind this and hype it to heaven. The olympic hero vs the hero of the travelling community - yes that maybe a horrible simplification but would sell papers, tickets, ad space etc. The press conferences would be electric, fury probably singing an album's worth of songs if last year was anything to go by.

With a strong undercard e.g. Degale in world title eliminator, eubanks jr v bjs etc, i could see it doing 30-40k.
