Amazing fight. Can't believe it's ONLY for the English.

Other boxers and promoters need to take note. Well done both camps.

Credit to both lads and their respective teams if this fight is on , both obviously fancy it.
A close call IMO and it will be great to see both tested at a higher level.

Great news for us fight fans .

Could it be made for the British title? Quigg holds that at the mo, but didn't he win the WBA Interimjob belt in his last fight? Maybe he'll vacate the Lonsdale..

mickey tosses a grenade in and takes cover. :DDD

In fairness Ricky "Man of the people" did claim on television that he'd had the Witter fight written into his contract but instead boxed Thaxton, Rowland , Magee and plenty of foreign lightweights. After winning a world title the Man of the People then claimed Witter had to win a world title first etc etc :TU:

Are you lot still pushing for Channel Five's Chris Eubank jr to box Adam Etches?

Not fishing, mate. Everyone in this sport twists things to suit their own argument. I do it myself...I would love to see Etches fight Eubank. I only brought him up because Parsons Cross really wants that fight and you could almost have wrote his post on behalf of Eubank jr!

As Galahad has withdrew from the purse bids, does this mean I'm the victor of a bet I had with my old mucka, Dondada?

I genuinely can't see how anyone would have believed from the start that this would take place.

Yes...but Barry was so passionate about wanting to fight for the English title when one of the Walsh brothers had it 8)
