Prizefighter best yet 2013 ???????

Post by wesley05 »

Wow!!! this is why I pay for skysports. All of these guys wanted this, a think we have seen some of the best 2/3 rounds there has been in a British ring for a long time there was obviously Foot, Evans,Gaynor,Thompson who was all really in the mix but me personally did not think this was going to be as good as this, take a bow boxers especially the champion Glenn foot   (plus mr Hearn done good) also well done kal Yafai i personally think he can go a long way :TU:

Not an easy question to answer when thinking about it

Id have enjoyed it more with recognisable names , well at least would have been more hyped for it ,
but cant complain about tonight whatsoever.

I may be in the minority but i generally enjoy the heavyweights most (barring the last one )

wasnt their a good one at Featherweight , or may have even been lighter than that

First middleweight contest was great. The final alone was stupendous.

I thought the one that Willie Casey won was excellent. I think it was Featherweights.

I don't have a great memory of the other Prizefighter tournaments, but this one was very entertaining. The quality of the boxers was good and their styles meshed well.

The best one in my opinion for fights drama and names was the Buckland Sykes Choi Matthews installment. Had some great stories in that one and some classic fights.

very enjoyable last night. Like to see few of them fight each other again over a longer distance. I wonder who the last 4 will be choosen for Heavy one in Feb.

Sprott going for EBU title. Dont think there be any more Brits in it.

I'm not usually a Prizefighter fan, but last nights show was very good, excellent match-ups.

Ok anyone think that Evans will achieve more than Foot as a pro?

Graet show last night really enjoyed it I like the look of evans just don't think he had enough in the tank after 2 tough fights. Was very disapointed in yafai didn't see anything to really go overboard about never mind sensational as he was introduced. Evans eggington was great 3 rounds as was gaynor v foot. Looking forward to see how these lads progress as they move up the levels.

That was the prizefighter I enjoyed the most, even more than the one Willie Casy won. Although a few 0's went last night many of those lads have enhanced the reputations greatly, I hope sky bring most of them back.
