You did, but Archie has to get presidence here as he is ranked higher than you, plus he challenged Willie before you.

As I stated before, Roberto and Joe are both ranked too highly for the minor titles. I could sign this fight now for both of you, but i just won't be for the IBO Title.

Failing that, what about Sugar Ray Leonard? 2 tough fights, a 3rd fight with the vacant IBO Title on the line, might be an idea.

While an Armstrong vs Leonard would be a fascinating encounter, Sugar Ray is currently ranked 14th and isn't elligible to fight for the minor titles.
