It must be a software issue I agree and I certainly wouldn't be buying tickets in a different part of the arena from my mate. I'm gonna try later on when it may have calmed down a bit even though I risk not getting one at all then.

Agreed with both. Was giving me a headache trying to do it so just leaving it for now. Doesn't help that originally I wanted to buy 10 tickets, you can't even do that (which I suppose is very enough but a bit annoying ). A mate whose getting another 6 got his fine, I've been having the same issue where even when I thought I will just get 4 together couldn't do that, anywhere in the arena. Oh well will get them later or viagogo it is!

This is what hearn has just tweeted.

Eddie Hearn ‏@EddieHearn
We have sold over 8,000 tickets in the first 20 minutes #FrochvKessler2

what I think he means is that Kessler has taken and not sold 5000 tickets for his fans

Still, explains why we are struggling to get 2/3 tickets tickets together.

The ticket system is a joke.

At 12 noon I got through to book 4 x £60 tickets but they were midway up the upper tier and decided that mins after the sales opened these could not be the best ones.

Now it seems the only ones you can get are for £500 ringside if you want 3 or 4 together!

Was planning on getting the cheap £40 tickets up in the gods - these had sold out by 12:05 when I managed to get to the purchase page. Although given that these made up just TWO blocks of the top ring I can see why. Absolute joke.

I then was able to get two £60 one but while waiting to see if my mate could do that, timed out and now I can't get two together anywhere - even ringside. Will try later and see if it is just an issue with the website. Otherwise it will be Sky Box Office for me.

One thing that is an absolute scandal though is the charges - £1 for each ticket as a 'facility fee' plus a ten percent 'service charge', capped at £26.50 for the £300+ seats.

Absolute scandal that! Although in fairness to Eddie and Matchroom I'm guessing that's a venue/vendor thing rather than their fee.

Will be gutted if I can't get a ticket though!

We've got 4 in the same block but each on a different row!!!!!!

You reckon they'll be ways of swapping this prior to the fight or just a case of turning up and trying to get people to swap? It's my missus' first time ever attending a boxing match and don't think she'd fancy it much sat on her own surrounded by loads of drunken lads. :DD

There really is no point getting £40 tickets, better off watching it on tv.
Er what about the atmosphere? We were in same seats and while it was nosebleed inducing the anticipation and then atmosphere when it started were still brilliant up in the gods.

We're gonna go £80 I reckon. Be decent enough without shelling out silly money

Not sure what the atmoshphere was like to be honest, I was struggling to get oxygen at the altitiude I was at.

If any of you are on O2 for your mobile, try booking using priority moments. It worked for me- couldn't get any before I tried that.

I only need one person either side of the two seats to swap and if everyone's in the same boat and sitting on their own you never know!

I done it for some chap at England v Croatia at Euro '04 so I'm hoping a bit of karma comes back for me!!

Phew, managed to get 2 x £60 tickets about an hour ago through O2 Priority Moments.

Block 419 Row F, happy enough with that, it's in the upper tier but only 6 rows back and right over the ring.

I really didn't see this selling out so quick, really understimated it. But when you look on Viagogo, look at how many are already on there, so touts is part of the problem, probably a big part of it.

According to the O2 website, there is not one single ticket available in ANY area.

That MUST be a website problem, surely? I mean I'm mega excited about this but is it really a fight that would sell out the biggest indoor arena in Britain in three hours?

I wish I knew someone on O2 now!!

a large number of the tickets , especially the cheaper ones , will be reserved for the guys boxing on the undercard to sell , Same always happens at Nottingham arena , theyll say its sold out within a day then Little Undercard Jimmy turns up at the gym with 200 tickets to sell .

I just gave up in the end. Really wanted to see it but after spending the best part of 3 hours on and off trying unsuccessfully to book 2 tickets together I can't be bothered anymore! :witzend:
