I then was able to get two £60 one but while waiting to see if my mate could do that, timed out and now I can't get two together anywhere - even ringside. Will try later and see if it is just an issue with the website. Otherwise it will be Sky Box Office for me.

One thing that is an absolute scandal though is the charges - £1 for each ticket as a 'facility fee' plus a ten percent 'service charge', capped at £26.50 for the £300+ seats.

Absolute scandal that! Although in fairness to Eddie and Matchroom I'm guessing that's a venue/vendor thing rather than their fee.

Will be gutted if I can't get a ticket though!
Yep think it's a venue problem, I got tickets for prize fighter through matchroom at no extra cost !

This. Me and my mates just gave up in end. We've been to loads of fights big and small over the years and the worst experience ever. Bar none.

How many tickets have the Danes got? I'd imagine they would have an allocation

Something doesn't smell right. I know some of you guys got lucky but seems large swathes of tickets have fallen into event company hands and of course all the vile touts. Hearn gets to say he 'sold out' in a hour so great spin of PR for him, while loads of us genuine fans get done over.

My ray of hope is that the cynic in me thinks Hearn will see the interest in the fight and persuade froch to have a little niggle or something to postpone the fight to the summer and move it to an outdoor venue where they can sell shed loads more tickets to meet the huge demand.

Froch is straight as a die though so can't see it.

Thats the thing I'm really baffled about though, Hearn came out with the big 8k sold in 20mins would he not have by now mentioned the fact it has sold out? (Maybe he has and I've missed it). The system was a joke, but even now you can get through to the ticket selection but with every price band crossed out - why wouldn't they just take it off already and say sold out?

Because tickets will be put up for sale closer to the date when they get returned as unsold.

It's mooted that Kessler received 5000! Can you see that many Danes coming over FFS they didn't even bring that many when they invaded England in 793 AD!
