Off topic- England v Austria
So whats the score tonight 2-0 to England i think.
Hopefully Sven Goran Fuckwit will start with Owen and Defoe up front, i'm not a big fan of Crouch.

He will probably score a hatrick but I have too say in a all time worst XI - I think Crouch would have to make the starting 11. He is very poor, not worth the price tag - I think Southampton paid the right amount for him.
I would say Crouch and Rickets are probably the worst two England strikers with caps.

after the last disgrace I think every member of the squad should have been tied to a seat while every member of the crowd and their familes filed solemnly by and gave them a good hard slap. Then, they should have reached into their own pockets and paid the admittance fee back while looking at the ground and saying "I am really most awfully sorry"
That being said England2:0 Austria

Egg-fornicating-zactly. What does the bloke do? You or I can pick the 11 best players, so what is it that Sven does? 4 Million quid! I'm in the wrong fornicating job, that's all I can say. When has Sven ever changed a team for the better? Look at Mourinho, he always knows what his team is meant to be doing, and changes it if it isn't. And, as a Liverpool fan, I'll mention Benitez as well: He actually watches the game and uses his substitutes to shape the course of the match. Not always successfully, of course.....steve689 wrote:I would love to know what he does to earn his extortionate wages, Steve McLaren does the teamtalks and the sidelines instructions and the coaches take training sessions so £4 million to pick a fornicating team?! Nice work if you can get it.
Probably yes. But we just seemed condemned to mediocrity underneath his stewardship. Sure we've qualified for everything with Sven as the bossman but you can bet your house that England will once again be eliminated at around the last 16/quarter-final stage in the finals.Max Molyneux wrote:Didn't people like Sven when he first joined england as the coach?
Under him we aren't crap but when we come up against a motivated on-form side we'll lose.
I don't don't care what anyone says, we clearly have a very talented bunch of players, these guys are playing for (mostly) Premiership sides that could replace them with a top international if they weren't up to the job.
When you look at Greece winning Euro 2004 with a pile of shite for a squad you have to wonder what the fornicate he's doing.
I think there is a bigger argument about our players being paid way too much by their clubs and we could be entering an era where smaller but more motivated countries start claiming the top honours but we still have to do better, we look like shit on the pitch at the moment.
