Adam , you were involed in this whats with it being 10 rnds ? I Scored it 96-93 sbw so promblem there , surely both fighters knew it was 10

Yeah mate, was changed to ten before fight. For some reason, bothas corner didn't tell him. In hindsight that was a monumental error.

How could they not let him know it was changed beforehand. They have got no one to blame but themselves.

Whoever made the decision to change it to a 10 rounder forgot to tell nearly every single person in Australia, not to mention New Zealand, South Africa and the rest of the f....ing world

The commentators had no idea and kept referring to it going the full 12 rounds.

I have been reading accounts of what took place and there are strong claims the judges were not told the fight had been changed to 10 rounds prior to the commencement.

Were you told before the fight Adam?

Promoter/Manager & his charge, who have every right to do so. The fight was initially inserted in Boxrec over 10 & subsequently increased to 12 & then dicreased to 10 on the night (with consent of both corners)...prior to the fight.

the promoters don't exactly have to contact every bookie on the planet that its 10 and not 12, but whichever way u look at it, it very unprofessional to not inform the people that NEED to know.

Spot on. Adam said it was changed to ten before the fight. But I was asking when he and the other judges were actually informed. It it claimed on a well known boxing site that the judges were not told prior to the fight beginning. I scene it this morning.

If everything is in order and the judges were told it was a 10 round fight prior to the first bell why would Adam have any trouble with confirming it??

Judges score each round & makes no difference whether they know if it's 6 or 12 rounder.

Don't know why people pretend that everything was above board when nothing was above board. Williams would have been KO'd in the 11th or 12th, there's no too much doubt about that. Someone changed it from 12 to 10 rounds during the fvcking fight to save their limited cash cow from losing. There, I said it and it didn't hurt a bit

Irreguardless of the situation, Adam Height is in no position to answer to us, all things considered it would be in his best legal interest to avoid these questions, but considering he's an official, I don't think he is even legally allowed to answer these questions on a publick forum. Adam is a good bloke, leave him in reguards to this shit fight.

Sorry was meant to say 'no problem' haha thats in response to a few people saying botha won the fight ! But as a former boxer myself theres nothing worse than a one sided card in a close fight and i agree it was a bit closer than it was scored

i, like one of the other judges, thought botha won only two rounds.
