Slowey v Bailey
This British Masters fight last night in the Gorbals was a small hall classic. For ten rounds Bailey put his head right on Slowey's chest and punched away non stop denying southpaw Slowey room to get his long shots off. This meant Slowey was restricted to short jabs crosses and uppercuts. Every round was close but the cleaner punches from Slowey were edging it . Slowey won the fight and I believe the score was 97-94. I doubt if there is any footage of the fight, but trust me - an absolute classic. Both lads will be sore this morning.

On Sky Sports 28th this month I am told as they had a camera in venue
