Danny beat in an upset and then again in the rematch after that he then seemed to fall off face of the earth. He was good was at Olivers with us for a while sure still unbeaten good lad too. Seen Him the the other week at Northside Joe Penningtons were Craig Watson trains and Craig Bunn put some timber on so was training to lose it get fit!! Danny is a joiner think having full time job, tickets etc was taking the enjoyment outta it for him like us all, the punching Postman your thinking of is the famous Jonny Rocco A.K.A Rollerball Rocco or John hussey

Must be Al. Perhaps they were on the table at either jolly boys or the doo upstairs at the footy club, cant remember where but terry marsh and mike gomez were speakers.

I covered the first (and second) time danny beat pacy, remember frank bigging chris up as coming out the army and being his next "name". Danny had that strange style that just out jabbed him, was it moore macklin card... May have been

He had a few fights fell through and just got sick of it. As Alex said having to mess about selling tickets and working does take the fun out. Spoke to Danny a few months back, he's driving wagons now.

Went with him to Bobby Rimmers to spar Michael Gomez before Gomez fought Khan. Very entertaining.

He use to spar Kahn a lot when he was at Oliver's. peope always spoke highly of him, I'm always intrigued to hear what ex boxers are doing once they quit.

Sorry Rob I not been on for a few days I always had a boxing gym even before I went Pro and when I got to 32 yrs and couple of opportunities fell through I had 2 twin brothers asking me to turn them Pro who I taught previous so decided to get trainers licence. This is how I seen Danny Harding as I was at Joe Penningtons with 1 of my Fighters as Joe has a great variety of weights to spar!! I have a very busy gym recently had an Amateur win Novice under 20's who I taught from scratch and have a few pros coming through :TU:
