Could the fights of the eighties for Billy be with Randy?
OR did Billy really go from jr. welter to heavyweight some, many or none may be on the wrong record?

Looking at the record, Billy fought at jr. welter in the late 80s. The heavyweight fights took place from 2000 on, when he was in his 40s. So its very possible that his career played out like that.
