Thank you for putting Jesse Feliciano back in the rankings. However Jesse has always appeared in the US rankings under light welterweight. I am not sure why you guys started listing him under Puerto Rico, but we would like him back under the US ranking. Please make the change for us. Jesse is a US citizen and has lived in the US forever. Thank you.
