Price inside 4 and I think Hoffman @ 33/1 is massively overpriced
Re: Betting thread

Re: Betting thread
I stuck £10 on Price rounds 1-3 in a double with Audley to win Prizefighter(must be crazy) it pays £125 minus my stake with Paddy Power..
Re: Betting thread
Done 15 on price 1-3 and fraudley to win pf and couldn't resist a cheeky wee fiver on peter mcdonagh @ 12's !!!
Re: Betting thread
X2 think Hofmann is a decent price but then again I've backed Audley tonight.............billy bessey wrote:i know ive said it on a thread here but how on earth is hoffman 7/4 to beat Lewison? i know lewison is pretty fresh from the ams and hoffman is used to longer fights but i have never seen him is he a slow starter? im waiting for either of my bets man u arsenal and everton treble and wales -7 and england -8 to come in please please please then Timo is getting whacked
Re: Betting thread
I'm tempted to put a few quid on Audley to win Prizefighter, Satchell by KO and Price in 3, gets 13.65/1 with Ladbrokes. Does anyone know much about Hamilton or Williams?

Re: Betting thread
Lewinson is 7/1 now in play after beating Timo. Worth a punt.
Re: Betting thread
Had a few quid on Audley in PF, didn't touch Price fight, never like to bet at such shit odds. Didn't see that coming though.
Re: Betting thread
I'm on Charles Howell III to win The Honda Classic this weekend @ 50/1. Lives locally to the course and has finished top 10 in 3 of his 6 tournaments this year. Was in decent form in the matchplay last week aswell.
Re: Betting thread
2.8 with pp for Hopkins to beat cloud on points.

Just backed him for a top 10 finish @ 11/2Deno1986 wrote:I'm on Charles Howell III to win The Honda Classic this weekend @ 50/1. Lives locally to the course and has finished top 10 in 3 of his 6 tournaments this year. Was in decent form in the matchplay last week aswell.
Re: Betting thread
Meant to say I have him backed e/w at 50. Most bookies will pay 5 places. Might lay a bit on the top 10 finish too.Hagler2002 wrote:Just backed him for a top 10 finish @ 11/2Deno1986 wrote:I'm on Charles Howell III to win The Honda Classic this weekend @ 50/1. Re: Betting thread
Howell just finished his round on -3 which leaves him 2 behind current leader Justin Rose. He was leading for most of the day but two bogeys on 14 and 16 cost him a few shots. Good start all the same. Still a handful of golfers to tee off this evening.

Re: Betting thread
Yep nice steady start, you never want a golfer leading after round 1 anyway, very rarely do they go onto win it.

Good luck mate, I think it's the night Hopkins shows his age.BillyTKid wrote:2.8 with pp for Hopkins to beat cloud on points.
Re: Betting thread
Yep, very solid round. There are plenty of strong contenders in the top ten at the moment - Ogilvy, Rose and Westwood are all playing excellent golf.billy bessey wrote:Good day for our man finishing -6 and tied for 4th hopefully keep it going tomorrow to give us something to watch on Sunday

Yeah gonna be a tough couple of days but for a 50/1 shot you can't complain where he's at now. Biggest winner I've ever had in my life is little polvier in the national at 28s

Hadjuk Split to win & Blackburn to score 2+, pays around 3/1 and will hopefully pay for my trip to Celtic Manor in a couple of weeks!

Re: Betting thread
I've twice had a 66/1 winner, the first time I was stood in the bookies, it was a national hunt flat race, the odds on favourite reared up at the start and was withdrawn, my horse absolutely hosed up but then they announced a rule 4 and deducted 60p in the pound for the favourite not running! I was seething!billy bessey wrote:

The last groups out seemed to get the worst of it, 71 was a good score today and he is well placed for a run tomorrow.billy bessey wrote:Not a bad day at all for our lad in tough conditions today to finish tied for 4th at the moment at -5 and 3 off the lead.
Re: Betting thread
Looks like you're getting a decent run for your money lads, wish I'd seen it I'd have had a few quid on it.

Re: Betting thread
So frustrating watching Howell at the moment. He's getting birdies but following them with bogeys on the next hole.
