Genuinely happy for big Aud, can't help liking the guy and although I don't see it happening I would love to see him win a world title.

When talking about himself he descends into nonsensical drivel (which I fall for every time!), but when discussing other fighters/situations (e.g. Stalker, Price) I find him very articulate and coherent, much more so than current 'experts' like McCrory.

So, Audley, win or lose on Saturday, get yourself a deal with Sky Sports and start analysing!

But before that, REDEMPTION!!!!
part of why I was so gutted to see how his career as a professional
a pro in and out of the ring cos along with haye he is the best talker and personality in British boxing.very good talker if he had been he champ and his promoting taken off the British Don king or the new ambrose mendy

His problem is he doesn't know when to shut up, all good talkers know when to button it which of course he doesn't, and when there is no-one around to hear him - he ends up talking to himself and then actually talks himself out of winning because when there is no-one around - the negative inner voices take over and eventually get to him.

I bet he is ashamed of himself and his showing against Price this morning - he could have been the man to knock him out in a round instead of Thompson doing it in two - he had all the tools to do it.

Instead - he tells us in the prizefighter interview on hearing of Prices downfall he could have KO'd Price with his left hook - but you didn't Audley - you folded up like a fornicating deckchair in a round and I had to replace a busted TV.

I remember his long meandering essays in boxing news when he was an amateur why he lost this tournament and that tournament and he kept telling us how he was always getting robbed. If he could get away with it, he would tell us he got robbed against David Haye if there was no filmed proof and we were all daft enough.
