Best training / running shoes.

Post by Srebmun »

What have you guys got/do you prefer/would you recommend. Up to say a ton - I know you can get cheaper than that as I have a pair of 30squid Karrimor which are good, but just seeing what you can get.

I think I remember a similar thread some time ago with some really good suggestions but I can't find it.

Thanks.

I've been wearing these for everything except on the worksite for about eighteen months, they are great, light and they breath so well. http://www.keenfootwear.com.au/Product/ ... ck--Silver

Always felt Nike's looked nice but they were all bells and whistles, Reebok are top notch

New Balance's 'Zero' line of runners look interesting http://www.newbalance.com/Minimus-Zero/ ... lt,pd.html I like the idea of no rise in the heel.

Yeah, salient point, Owl, I think a runner with a sole, yet with minimal rise would be a good "transition" training shoe to something like the 'Vibram Five Fingers' style minimalist training shoes. http://www.vibramfivefingers.it/
