I know that Dejesus died of aids,but does anyone know how he contracted it?I heard that the governor pardoned him from prison before his release date,due to the severity of his illness,I just wanted to know the circumstances in which he got it,if anyone knows,

The version I've heard is that he became a heroin addict and contracted the disease form sharing needles with other users.
I also believe tha the time it took from he was diagnosed until his death was unusually short. He might have had HIV for years without knowing about it.
I've seen a few articles that stated Esteban DeJesus was an intravenous drug user before and during his incarceration. I've also never heard any accusation that he was homosexual.
