Would love to hear the conversation between Bellew and Eddie when they found out.

Hearn to go after his costs too, which is understandable http://tinyurl.com/awxpncy

Is this because he was advised / believed he couldn't win or because the £102,000 lodgement at Court was an issue ?
Often cases are won because one of the combatants can't afford the costs and the risks attached thereto not necessarily in the merits of the case. The irony is that often this scenario has worked in Wazzas favour in the past but not this time.

It would be hard to deal with internal strife over money and payments if its known that you've just lodged a hundred grand at the high court to fund going after bellew. That won't go down well with most boxers regardless of what camp you're in

One of the grounds under the Civil Procedure Rules that Hearn could have used to get security for costs is that the claimant (here W Promotions) is a company and there is reason to believe they will be unable to pay the defendant's (Hearn's) costs if ordered to do so. Given the state of Warren's company's balance sheet, it isn't surprising Hearn was successfully able to get the order.

Bellew 2 warren 0 :)

Warren is finished! No wonder all his boxers are jumping ship.

I would love to see how many people are subscribed to bumnation my guess would be less than 10.000

Oh and boxing chat how long do you think Ricky burns will be staying with warren????

I'm already hearing he's trying to jump ship right now haha

I hope Eddie sues warren for his last few pennies :)

And what do you think Hearn will do with Tony if he gets Dawson, when he will get seriously outclassed? (sorry Tony). FW delivered Clev in Tony's home town and Tony could not produce, fact.

Well then at least he'll have had his go at Dawson, Mickey. Some Hearn fighters are getting beat but they're fighting good lads for decent money. Obviously you can fight not so good lads for half decent money and end up in front that way.

Ok, i just dont think because Eddie says you can do it, you can. He cant really lose from his standpoint with his Dad and Sky. We have already seen a few of his lads get duffed up.

What's your real name righthook? If he wanted to be on here as Ayling he would be.

There's more bollocks about warren than any boxer or other promoter on the planet.

Palooka do you not think someone who hides behind his computer and posts "hard to talk with a dick in your mouth" should not be named and shamed especially when it's someone who works for fw promotions, well that's if there still a business

Your burning your bridges here, mate. 'Bunny' has had his day. Be nice to Eddie. You never know where the next 'opportunity' may take you.

Well, at least Tony can move on. Burns, Groves, Degale, Brook....Cleverly really needs to follow suit. He is just wasting away his career, fighting these no names, with promises of 'bigger' things to come. He has not developed or progressed one iota. He is still the same fighter he was 3 years ago. Same flaws and weaknesses.

Not sure to be honest - there's some real vitriol on here about this; I imagine that the people around frank would stay until the end (if that's what's in store); in for a penny and in for a pound. If Eddie got in a tight spot do you imagine his inner circle would commit harikari?
