I was looking at the record for Homer Gibbins:

And his fight with Earl Allen (8/10/2002) was listed as a TD4 with the following comments:
"Gibbins cannot continue afte round four due to an accidential headbutt
Originally a TD4, but Allen is declared the winner by technical decision on July 7, 2003 when the Georgia Commission oveturns the original ruling."
Am I reading this wrong, or should one of these say TKO4?
