As the title says we often criticise the board here but the german board just allowed Heavyweight Alexander Petkovic who is 46(25)-4-4 box against a debutant , hes not really beaten anyone of note , but to sanction that type of bout is appalling and a real risk to a debut making boxer .

I am not so sure.
The Board sometimes make extremely perverse decisions and applies no consistency.
I would love to go into detail but I won't.
Yes, the German Board have dropped a clanger, but the Board needs a root and branch make over.
