Hearns - would have been a legend from the get go and a real roller coaster character.
Bobby Chacon - as above with added betting anguish.
Sonny Liston - there would have been something in his story/career for everyone.
Charlie Burley - as above.
Ruben Olivares - would have been marvelous to witness his rise and decline.

Bob Fitszimmons would own British and Irish. Joe Bugner would be an interesting chronicle over there also.
I'm going to throw out Dennis Andries' name while I'm on the subject, purely because I think the guy deserved that extra dimension of recognition that comes with being active in the cyber age.
Herol Graham and Chris Eubank to make it 5.
This is a great idea of a thread, by the way.

jack johnson.
with the...ahem 'less politically correct consensus' at the time i think his career would have made for some fascinating threads...
same with Ali
...we would have been dismissing him as a gobby blowhard a la david haye prior to his first fight with liston....

Ketchel would have been another one as would Monzon
Re: Name Five Boxers (Of All-Time) That . . .
Truth is with Charles, Langford, Greb…we can’t actually imagine what it would be like to follow fighters who fought great fighters as often as they did.
