whens the alst time Joe Murray Fought?

if hes been inactive then Selby would be the more difficult as hes looking really good right now.

14 months out the ring and only fought twice since 18-6-2011. imo he sud be having a couple 8 rounders to get back into it, then look at the english title or british title depending wat fights are their at the time and how well he performs in these fights cause his last 2 outing havnt been very impressive.

I want Selby vs Mouneimne.

Murray needs a few decent comeback fights before stepping up to this level.

Neither. His last two fights were in Feb 2012 and June 2011

IMO if he fought Walsh or Selby right now he would get beat pretty badly. I liked the look of Joe when he first turned over but he was starting to stagnate before the huge period of inactivity. He should fight Josh Warrington for the English.

Murray's that far off the radar I'd forgotten about him. A warm-up fight or two and then chuck him in I say.

Thats a great call. Warrington v Murray. As above posters have said there is no way he can come straight back in & fight Selby, he wouldnt stand a chance.
I assume that there is a reason why he has been sat on the sidelines ie management squabbles or injuries so he is in need of a couple of warm ups & Warrington for me fits the bill.

That sprung to my mind straight away. I would even err on the side of caution and have a tune up before Warrington because if Murray isn't fit Warrington will do him as he has a great engine as he proved against Male (who I hear maybe coming out of retirement).

my money wud b on josh to beat joe if that fight happend next. im convinced if chris and murray had fought wen planned chris wud hav beat murray 18 months out was along time be interesting to see wat murray does, chris made a tough decision to fight an unbeaten fighter in a 50-50 after a long lay off will joe..

@the insider where have u herd that rumour then

I hope he is more active, but being with FWP (or whatever it's called now) is no guarantee of that (see Callum Johnson). Does Murray shift a few tickets? That might help.
