Above Klitscko, Pacquiao and many non-GBP fighters.
Obviously the last modicum of credibility that Ring once had, has now obviously gone. It's no wonder that a lot of the veteran writers left after the acquisition by Goldenboy, apparently those who had written disparaging things about GBP and their founders.
Broner has wins over Jason Litzsau, Demarco and Ponce De Leon - and he is above manny, Wlad etc.
I'm not even sure Guerrero should be top 10 either in comparison to his peers.
Regardless, they are now a fully-fledged instrument of GBP and their American shows. Even when they put out critical pieces on them, it looks staged to me - an effort to appear impartial.
Adrien Broner pound for pound no6
Re: Adrien Broner pound for pound no6
It obviously benefits GB to have Broner and Guerrero in their, on merit neither deserve to be anywhere near the top 10. I would'nt put Broner in the top 30, what exactly has he done other than look the part?

Tee-hee-hee-hee-hee.
P4P is a fvcking popularity contest, always has been.
I'd rather complain that we don't use enough 10-8 rounds without a knockdown in rounds where one gets shellacked than whine about some hack's imaginary positing of what a five-feet two inch Broner who only weighs, say, 8 & 1/2 stone would do against Kazuto Ioka if Ioka was still a strawweight, which is what we're talking about when we consider p4p with a massive weight-draining tosspot like Broner anyway.
Sorry, what was the question?

Re: Adrien Broner pound for pound no6
allegedly had Bradley at #5 on Saturday night, annoyed me no end did that. No Martinez, but Tomthy Bradley in at #5.
Re: Adrien Broner pound for pound no6
Ring still have some good contributors - and they aren't stupid guys either.
But they obviously are "towing the company line" to stay in favour with their employers.

Re: Adrien Broner pound for pound no6
The Ring P4P rankings are a disgrace.
Re: Adrien Broner pound for pound no6
It's like when Benzino owned the Source and a Made Men album got 4.5 mics. Disgraceful bias.
Re: Adrien Broner pound for pound no6
Bradleys CV is pretty good though to be fair, Alexander, Pac, Peterson, Casamayor, Witter, Abregu, Holt, The boxrec p4p is always fairly impartial compared to some of the ones with an agenda if find.Wales wrote:Allegedly channel had Bradley at #5 on Saturday night, annoyed me no end did that.
