I took my young cousin to his first pro boxing night at York Hall in 2005.
I recently bumped into him and as you do, we spokeabout about old times. He has since been to many small hall and big fight occasions.
He specifically remembered 2 fighters in addition to the bigger names on the bill (Danny Williams, Kev Mitchell and Martin Power), namely:
Lee Beavis
and Gokhan Kazaz
(both London area based)
These two guys brough sizeable support to the undercard, especially Kazaz, whose Turkish ancestry ensured the gallery above our heads was full of enthusiastic noise, enjoying his all-action style. Beavis was more cultured and racked up an impressive win also.
I notice that Lee Beavis finished with an unbeaten record and Kazaz had just the one loss.
Does anyone know what happened to them? hoping that they are both well etc etc
2 british fighters where are they now?

Beavis was part of a group that beat a man to death , this was after the man had spat at 1 of the dads of the group. Was around 2008. Beavis got 2 years for his part. So obviously lost his boxing licence.

There's a Gokhan Kazaz on the unlicenced circuit, i'm guessing its the same guy.
