Is Tony likely to do any more of these book signing sessions...I was thinking particularly in London?

I've had several offers from elsewhere but he's an incredibly private person and hates publicity and I'm just delighted we've persuaded him to do one on his own turf !! Maybe if this one goes fine, he MIGHT be coaxed - but I wouldn't put my house on it !!!

Hope it goes well. I always rooted for Sibbo. Would really like to come along but can't get there. I don't suppose there's any outlet for buying a signed copy?

It would be nice if he could be persuaded to go outside of Leicester for some book signings.

I've always been a fan of Sibson's; no nonsense tough guy who wasn't afraid of anybody.

I used to love watching Tony Sibson, tough as old boots and very exciting to watch.

Great night. Ex pros Mick Greaves, Mickey Bell, Adey Allen,Harry White were there. Tony's trainer Ken Squires and former manager Carl Gunns also in attendance. Lonsdale Belt and European belt on display as well as dressing gown and gloves from Hagler fight. Books went like hot cakes.

As asked earlier, is there any chance we can get a signed copy mail order?

I watched a few of Sibbo's early fights in Leicester and the man was always great value, if a little hot and cold. He certainly boxed in the right era. The long publicity tours before the big fights today would have killed him.
