If the Robert Stieglitz/George Groves fight did get made and Stieglitz came at Groves like he did with Arthur Abraham last night and Groves came out like he did at the start of the Glen Johnson fight then that would be some tear up

Amazes me that anyone considers the WBO a major belt.

I think the corner did the right thing pulling him out he was clearly affected with the eye and could t see much coming.

I think Groves v Stieglitz is the right fight and I think Groves wins. He is number one contender of I'm right in saying. Groves with a good fight in April leading up to the fight in the summer hopefully. Groves moves more than AA and has a better array of shots to push out. He comfortably wins over the distance.

I kind of agree. Even though AA didn't look interested and wasn't doing anything (which is how he normally starts), I doubt Stieglitz could have kept up that pace for the whole fight.

Yes obviously but I was offering my opinion as to what I thought might have happened if AA's eye didn't close. Hypothetical stuff and all that jazz!

This wasn't a WBO enforced mandatory anyway (Groves is No.1). Was a rematch clause in the contract from the first fight.
