English Cruiser Title Clarke v Askin

Post by fantaheed »

How do people see this fight going?

Very refreshing that all fighters in this division are fighting each other on a regular basis.

After Clarkes impressive win last time out he looks very close to a shot at JLD if he can win this and Askin after a few hard defeats has a great chance to get his promising career back on track.

I think momentum plays a big part here and Clarke wins this on points, good fight :box:

I think Simmons is fighting for a title on the burns undercard. Now assuming its a Celtic title it would be logical to put him in with the winner of this fight as a title eliminator?

yeah i think Simmons has great potential and wil fight for the title soon if he can get active.

can imagine boxingcutsman will be on soon saying chris keane should get next shot which is fair enough as he is doing well at the moment and it is an active division so the good matchups will keep coming

Yes it is refreshing and to think Mark Prince is making a comeback and is very confident that he will get his License he will be right back in the mix.

Prince was a very dangerous fighter, was there any reason he retired? as at the time he looked like he could of made a dent at european and fringe world level but he vanished after not too many fights.

not expecting his comeback to go well bit like dunstan but dean francis is getting on and looking very sharp in his comeback

If he ever wants to fight for the Scottish or Celtic title then he can't. I'm hearing he fights for the latter vs Michael Sweeney.

Would love to see Simmons v Keane for British eliminator, 2 very good prospects and very evenly matched and the banter between billy and boxingcutsman would be as good as the fight :OhYes:
