I had him winning by four rounds, terrible fight though. Quite apt having Jonny Nelson in the studio. Can't believe Eddie Hearn is gonna make a re-match. Please don't put us through that again.

Laying the head on Chilemba at the end of a round was well out of order

This fight was a disgrace.

I had Chilemba winning that handily.

Hometown decision.

I noticed that especially during the early rounds. Tony would rush in and unload while Chilemba was against the ropes, and the crowd would cheer loudly, but Tony usually land little of note or nothing while Chilemba landed several short counters.

I had it 115-113 Chilemba... Probaly one of those fights where by morning enough people who havent seen it will be claiming Chilemba was robbed of the W. Not really a great fight for either guy to be honest. Chilemba looked better to me but still lost rounds through inactivity. Bellew showed that he can be outboxed and doesnt have an answer or plan B. By the 8th he was just swinging for the fences hoping to get lucky. Don't see either guy getting a world title without some help and I can't imagine them hanging onto one for long if they did....

Yup, had Chemba winning by 3 points. Bellew looked clueless after the 2nd round. SKYs coverage was disgracefully biased.

Had it Bellew by a round.

I was by the ring wall and spoke to Tony afterward, he was livid.

I always though if he could fight as good as talked he would have any fighter in trouble, unfortunately for him he cannot. He rubbed me up the wrong way in the lead up to the cleavley fight, put on the tough guy act but didnt backit up and was beat by a younger more talented fighter in front of his own fans. Then he said Cleavely is the weakest champion out there, not sure where that leaves him then!

Rose tinted? I'm no massive Tony Bellew fan, I went for the Crolla/Mathews fight.

to be honest i dont know what bellew was so upset about after ther verdict,if i was him id be made up with the draw cause he didnt win that fight. it was hard to give him a round after the 4th. all the headlocking headbutting punching after the bell and shit like that is no good for the sport,if you wanna be a world champ lose the chip and control yourself after the bell has gone. ...does Buddy McGirt always find a way to be sacked?

Gotta wonder if Bellew REALLY thinks he won 9 rounds...

i turned off after the 6th round seems like i missed something haha for me bellew is a hot head that needs to control himself inside and outside the ring he's like a big kid sometimes he's not a world class fighter but that does not mean he's not a good fighter he just needs to realise his level there are some good fights out there for him but not world title fights :TU:

Bellew will think he won 11 of the rnds atleast ..
Decisions like this pollute British boxing.

Once again we have seen the `Bomber` power is a tad over-rated.

Why do fighters keep mentioning they were the home fighter if they don't like the decision? Every fight should be scored on merit regardless of where it is held. Mentioning that just makes it seem like you were expecting a favour.

What is relevant is that Tony, who I really like most of the time, badly needs to sort his psychological game out if he's going to win fights like that, The way he acted at the weigh-in and last night was a total waste of energy and, less importantly, it makes him look like a cock (which he isn't normally, far from it). I don't know whether it's an inability to control his nerves or what, but if he thinks he's going to intimidate top-class opponents by acting like a 16-year-old scally might if he's trying to scare a female student into handing over her iPhone, he's badly wrong. In short, Tony, please relax, you'll have more success.

Sky would do well to have a serious think about how they want their commentators to work. Watt and his pal were awfully biased and weren't kidding anybody except, maybe, themselves. Treating your viewers like halfwits might work well on ITV but I'm not sure it does on Sky Sports, I may be wrong.

Buddy McGirt is a bit of a tool.

Derry and Crolla was a top fight and I was in agreement with the result. A third fight would be welcomed. Different commentators, or the same commentators working to different instructions i.e. no instructions, would be appreciated.
Sky commentary and the whole way it works is shite. They say he out worked and outlanded the other guy this no evidence. Example - on HBO when commentators said Foreman out jabbed/ landed on Brigs oh here's the stats... Evidence

in agreement with all you said here, the derry fight could of went either way with the early rounds being so hard to score. tony is a top guy when he isnt making weight and hasnt got an opponent in front of him. just needs to channel all that energy into his ability
