My opinion is that David Haye could unify the Cruiserweight division easily

Generally good, but imo:

Eddie Chambers is too high: He's been very inactive, hasn’t beaten a decent opponent since 2009, and fairly lost to Adamek in my opinion, who should be above Chambers along with Fury.

Troy Ross is too high: He fairly lost to Hernandez and I don't think he's beaten even a top 20 cruiserweight; Huck has beaten several, Lebedev has beaten Alexeev and deserved to win against Huck, Wlod has beaten Green, Fragomeni, and Palacios, and Afolabi fought on even terms with Huck and has solid wins over Brudov, Fields, and Enzo.

Brian Magee is too high: Despite capturing a title the opposition he beat to do so was ordinary. I'd rank him below Stevenson, Oosthuizen, Rodriguez, and probably Dirrell; the first three have better recent wins in my opinion, while Dirrell's success against Froch and Abraham is still enough to have him over Magee. Also, none of these four were outclassed in two of their last four bouts, and I think they would do better against Kessler and Bute than Magee did.

Kell Brook is too low: He outclassed Jackiewicz, who had only just lost his world title and still had a strong claim to a top ten position, and Hatton, who was an EBU level fighter and probably near the top 20 at the time. Jones, Saldivia, Jennings, and Ndou aren't great opponents, but collectively they're solid compared to the second tier wins of higher ranked fighters like Lopez, Vargas, Omotoso. Brook's resume is also much stronger than Provodinokv's, and I don't think one very good performance from the latter should overcome a series of superior opponents and performances.

Wale Omotoso is way too high: His best win is arguably a stoppage of an over the hill Emmanuel Agustus, and I thought he clearly lost to Vargas, who is solid but not much more.

Juan Manuel Lopez is too high: He hasn't scored a good win in about 3 years and he's lost twice by stoppage in that time, while Ponce De Leon has a very good win over Gonzalez and arguably beat Broner.

Caballero is too high: He hasn't fought since 2011, he's lost 2 of his last 4, and the 2 opponents he beat aren't too good. He should be below Ponce De Leon.

Ponce De Leon is too low: See above

Ruslan Chasaev? Is that a typo or some alternate spelling of his name? I think Arreola should only have one "l" in it.

I think Solis, Thompson and Arreola are too high at heavyweight.

I think De Leon is too low at featherweight. He beat Gonzalez fairly easily and Lopez hasn't picked up a good win for years and Caballero has been inactive for over a year.

Minor disagreements though, the rankings look pretty solid.
