Is P4P a recent form guide or a question of who is the better fighter regardless of weight? Most of that list have had better wins that Haye over the past couple of years - he's only beaten Chisora in the last two years. On that basis he should be about 40th.

Recent form is important, but older career achievements are considered.

I would say less than half the list has a better single win than Haye's Chisora win in the last 2 years.

thats why i brought up Khan/Burns.... simerlar weights anyway.... & i think Khan would muller him & also has the better resume

therefore, in my eyes be above him

Macdonnell should be above Barker i think,

McDonnell's only win in the last year is against Zamora which isn't particularly good. Barker has been tested at the highest level and has the better recent record, so I think he deserves to be higher.

H2H that might be the right order, but if recent results are what decides the order then I think I have it right.

Good list again, it's a hard top 10 to break into, it's a hard top 15 actually, but you watch Frankie Gavin and Lee Selby gate crash it this year

It's a strong top 30 at the moment.

Wins against Vassell, M. Hatton and Bundu would probably be enough to make Gavin a contender for a top 10 spot, that might not be enough to get in the top 10 though, and I don't think he is likely to step up his opposition more than that this year. I think he'll need a few higher ranked fighters to lose to get a top 10 spot this year. I think 2014 is a more likely year for him to enter the top 10.

Selby has more of a chance of entering the top 10 if he steps up to European level, but if everyone above him keeps winning then he probably won't make it either.

Frampton has had 5 wins since 2012 began, Quigg has had 2. Frampton has fought the overall better competition in that time as well, although Munroe might have been considered a better single win than either Molitor or Martinez. Frampton also fought his last fight 3 months more recently than Quigg's last fight which gives him an advantage.

I can understand why someone would have Quigg higher, but Frampton deserves to be a little higher at the moment in my opinion.
