GLITMO......a perfect example of the driveling,shaking,quaking,drooling cowardly sort.

This puts all managers in a bad light. So much so that we wonder if we can place any faith in "other" managers. It's hard to fathom the "why's" of such a decision. Certainly if you beat a man once, to repeat such a performance should not be too much to ask.
