Rigondeaux - quigg/frampton
I feel they would both be schooled by the Cuban
I think quigg is number 1 with wba unless he gets moved too super champion quigg will never get that belt
Class kid and will get better

They should go down different routes.
Re: Rigondeaux - quigg/frampton
What the WBF or IBO route? Don't be silly they should test themselves against the best out there. Starting domestically with eachother.Ratchet Exits Nu wrote:1 nut wrote:I feel they would both be schooled by the Cuban

I wish them well but a fight against Rigo would not end well for either.Craigyid14 wrote:What the WBF or IBO route? Don't be silly they should test themselves against the best out there. By " different route" I meant avoid rigo, not each other.
Re: Rigondeaux - quigg/frampton
i cant see him getting too much better he's pretty old. At the moment as much as i rate frampton and quigg i dont think they would be able to land much on Rigo the guys footwork and movement is on another level and from what ive seen of him before he does have a decent dig.1 nut wrote:I feel they would both be schooled by the Cuban

IBF all the way! Thats the ONLY route left open until Donaire moves up and Rigo does the same or retires!Finn wrote:i cant see him getting too much better he's pretty old. I am sure Senor Santa Cruz will want a word about that, & frankly a man who took out Jamoye with one bodyshot isn't likely to be a soft touch for anyone...
Loaded division, can't wait to see the Brits in with the best. No need to "avoid" them at all. Roll the dice & come what may.
Look at our middleweights. Absolutely nothing wrong with challenging the best in the world, it's what it all is (or should be) about.

No doubt that Santa Cruz is quality but he isnt a threat like Donaire or Rigo in my mind. Plus he is still a more natural bantam than a massive super bantam like Donaire is/was.Datsue wrote:slapbangwhallop wrote:IBF all the way! Plus its Romero that holds the IBF SBW title and whilst he is still an unbeaten world class fighter I think he would be a much more palatable proposition to Eddie/Barry or Joe/Ricky than the three mentioned. Not to mention that being a Colombian he would probably be cheaper than all the rest to getting over to Belfast/Manchester.

Frampton would do better than Quigg against Rigo, although neither would win
Re: Rigondeaux - quigg/frampton
im just wondering weather it would be possible to time him when he attacks if you made him have to be the aggressor or weather he is just going to come at you from all angles with every punch in or out of the book and leather you.dr_devious wrote:Frampton would do better than Quigg against Rigo, although neither would win

I'd like to see Quigg and Frampton fight before any star gazing. They would be comprehensively beaten up , there's not much you can learn from that. That's not to say if the fight came up they shouldn't take it. Grab your chances however small.
