I'm really sorry to hear about this happening to a good guy like yourself Rob. Theres a lot of scum in this world unfortunately. I hope these people get caught and that the bank renumerates you.
Usually in these cases I think the bank will give you your money back I think. Its an extremely stressful thing to happen, but don't let the bastards get you down mate!....

Holy Shit! My condolences to you and yours. People hear about this on the news but it's removed from you. On here with all the boxing fans, it seems to hit a little closer to home. I hope things all work out for you.

Hard lines Rob,
just keep up your pursuit at "recovering your money and catchin' the BASTARDS... you'll come out awright!

In the immortal words of Billy Connelly "hangins' too good for the likes of yous', it's a good kick up the arse you need!

You'll get yours ya bastards!"

Prayers with you Rob.
Yours in Boxing, Jim.

Rob,
All the best wishes to you in catching those who were responsible. The same thing happened to me when I filled out a bogus "updating your membership" form that looked like it was from ebay. Ultimately, we got the money back from the bank but it took 3-4 months and if the thieves didn't write a check off my stolen account I don't know if we could have convinced the bank to replace the money in our account.

My best wishes to you my friend; recentlty my lost wallet became stolen and my ATM card was used extensively for a day and a half. It seems there is some place on the back that you can rub off to find the PIN .
Take care

thank you all very much guys...I was so angry on the day I needed to have a rant. looks like they can be identified as the details of the account were only given to two firms. One were the transactions took place several hundred miles from where i live.

still going to take a while to get the money me thinks.all you said made me feel better plus a few beers!!

best to you all

Indeed Rob,

Grow up, Silkov. Just because Klompton caught you in a lie there is no need to hijack other people's threads.

Good to hear you will be getting your money back, Robert.
