Theyve tweeted to my friend saying their going to restart a new kickstarter project with a lower target fund in a few weeks after theyve set up their forum etc , he suggested to tweet to all the big name boxers such as Tyson Fury who active on twitter to get them retweeting etc and maybe even backing it themselves .

Im desperately hoping this game gets made , Football manager eats my time away but i boxing version ..... jeez , id be in my element .

I think so too. It's hugely ambitious and the market is niche.

while my game is not nearly as graphically awesome as ring king will be one day (wish them luck, looks great), I have been working on improving it bit by bit over the last year. It is FM for boxing and it is free to play. Running it out of my own pocket for the love of the sport.

Your game isnt like FM at all , Its a good effort but its not good enough unfortunately , It would only ever be able to be offered for free , because even while its free im not particular keen on it .

Now thats not meant to sound like im being a pudendum , although it may do so , I obviously couldnt attempt to make it .

 that hurt ...really deep. But I can take it... :DDD
I have a busy nice full time job and if someone wanted to pay be $200,000 to quit it for a year and put effort into the game I think I could make something half decent. Would be eveb able to hire designers, artists instead of doing it all by myself. So I don't think $300000 for for FM for boxing is unreasonable at all. Boxing is very a niche market and really hard to make money with strategy game. Most folks will want action with boxing game, not strategy. I have been running for a year and only had less then 3000 people ever even creating accounts... kind of telling.

But I keep on working on it to make it better. If you played it a year ago versus now I am sure you would note many improvements.

Looks good Lesov. :TU: I have plans myself for a mobile FM type boxing sim, doubt I'll get to make a start on it anytime soon though.

Can't we just re-release Daley Thompson's decathlon? I once threw 117m in the javelin. I was a boss.
